I bought a plant cam this year and was wondering what a good setting for time intervals between pics would be?

moak, have no idea...but would think one per hour, would be enough to cover continued growth! Are you gonna show plant or pkn growth? Might be kul to see plant growth for a while, then pkn growth later? Plant growth would be better at shorter settings than pkn growth, I would think? One pic every 8 hours or so for pkn would be neat!!! Peace, Wayne
PS...where can we see these timelapse pics?

Figure they are normally played back at around 30 FPS (frames per second) -- so depends on how long of a video you want to make showing what time frame - IF you take one shot per hour each day would play back on the video in just under a second so 4 months of one pic per hour would create a video just over 1 1\2 minutes in length ( (24 x 120)/30 = 96 seconds)

I would think 1 shot per hour would make an interesting playback but figure it also would depend on how much memory the camera had for storing photos and how often you can download them to a computer for storage (ie. if it stores the pics directly to a SD drive and you have a couple sds to switch out easily it will be much easier than if you are using the internal storage and have to remove the camera and connect to a PC to download them each time.
