I'm using a hose end sprayer and fertilizing with Fish emulsion and Seaweed once per week. Is this sufficient to stay consistent with or do I switch to something else??

Depends on what is in your soil and how the plants are growing, but in most cases I would say using fish & seaweed will give your plants most of what you need.
