I hope that all of our friends near Springfield and the surrounding areas are ok, I just saw a few images of the destruction online and it is overwhelming.

Storms where powerfull all the way to the coast across the entire MA state. I have never seen in all my days the sky turn the colors they did yestarday. No tornado hit my area but hail, wind and rain like I've never seen it. Very very scary!

the hail was bad here, i covered the pkns before the storm hit , no tornado, but heavy rain and wind. my son did his first hail angel! way to much lightning! wow....

I was fortunate on the coast, light rain but nasty winds, no hail or tornados. I hope everyone in the central and western part of the state is ok.

I went through Springfield last night to see the damage. We live on the MA border only miles from where the tornados hit. The city was a real mess. I am going to Brimfield tomorrow to see the damage. It was hit by a much larger tornado. We have a place in Wales, MA that was only about five miles from Monson and Brimfield.Brimfiled has a huge flea market a few times a year and luckily it was not going on. My prayers go out to the four lost and the several that were injured.
