Haha, it's about time! OSU has only recruited the highest quality individuals since the Tressel era began, such as one of his very first recruits Maurice Clarett. I bet the Ohio Prison League has a great OSU Alum game! Maybe Tyrell Prior will be able to play QB in that league?

Greed, lack of integrity, and being too full of themselves is what got these athletes and head coach into trouble. Mourning? Not me. People like this deserve to go. Athletes such as Clarett who had nothing to begin with and then have it all handed to them are doomed to fail eventually.

Also, athletes under full scholarship who leave early for the big leagues should have to pay their scholarship back. Too many deserving people go without.

wouldn't that be something if Ohio State picked up WVU's, and now Michigan's X coach Rich Rodriguez. The guy isn't a bad coach, he just cant be trusted and its all about himself first( and his power trips) instead of his team....
This just crossed my mind reading this, and I'm betting it crossed OSU's front office peoples minds also long before it did mine.

Mark , things like this happen alot more than what we read about. It just so happens that it was high profile like Pryor that got things being looked at and then Tressel said he did not know nothing about it .....Bad Bad Boy

I think it is still going to take more than this for PSU to take the Buckeyes this year.

I don't see what the big deal is. Do you think OSU and Tressel are the only ones that have done what they did? I'm sure it happens in EVERY college around the nation. It's just too bad they got caught. By the way, I could really care less about football, just making a point, don't be so naive.
