Office Impressions Binder Clips - Large Size are for sale on Sams Club Web Site for $1.54 for a box of 12. And Free Shipping. These work great to hold plastic on 1/2 pvp pipe hoop houses. They open 1 inch wide.

When I checked Office Depot they were over $5 a box

I think they have daily passes at the stores that will let you buy any thing in the store for 10% over the club price if you go in and tell them you are thinking of joining but want to see what they have first.
