I paid to upgrade this site and I dont see any difference. Is there a wait after u pay for it or something ?

It takes a couple of days (I think you might need to log out and back in also) and then the very first message board in the list will be called "**PRIVATE** Premium Members Forum". Really just a way for the members to support the site that Ken so graceously hosts for us to share our passion.
