I hear that some are scrapping their BiotaMax tabs instead of breaking them into pieces......

I find that they break pretty decent still inside the foil packages....into pretty precise pieces if snapped against a sharp edge still left in the foil. Then I dropped into a gallon of cholorine less water (rain water)......for application......Did I do good champ?

So.....Let it FiZZ BiZzz......

You cannot scrape the tablets. You must break the tablets. If you scrape off the powder, you loose the effervescent reaction that breaks apart the spores and allows for good distribution.

And besides it's very entertaining to watch them fiZZ.

AH but master....do we need to be concerned with putting the pieces into non chlorinated water for better distribution of bacteria?.....
