I'm creating a document that defines words that are unique to our hobby. An "urban dictionary" of sorts. The intent is to provide a central resource for new and experienced growers to reference as they grow in their knowledge about the hobby. I'll submit this work in progress to BP.com to be posted in the "how to" section. It can then be referenced for new users.
I'm calling upon growers to submit words that are unique to our hobby. Scientific terms are not included. Really what Im seeking are words we've created to describe the previously undescribable. Words like "foamer", "OTT", "Stump" "Proven (see previous post)"
Thanks for your contribution.

Quite a response! Thanks to those that contributed. Weeding out the slang terms versus the legitimate jargon is proving to be a challenging task. Who woulda guessed we had so many unique terms. I guess that explains the funny looks i get from non-growers when conversing with another grower. Gibberish!
