Hi most of you know that i am a fairly new grower and i need some help. well i do. i have a new watering system i put in last year i works great but i lost all my pumpkins from it. i did not know that so much water was sitting under it all the time so it rotted. ehhh did it smell bad. i am fixing that this year by making a pumpkin hamic 2ft high and 3x3, i am putting loose netting so it can hang and be above ground. but my question is what to feed it i really don't know whats best i youse shelts mixed with this seaweed stuff. what are some ticks you know to get the most out of fertilizing would love any help thanks josh baumgardner

If you have that much water raising the pumpkin is not your solution. Improve your drainage, or Improve your watering system. To much will kill to roots..they are not water loving roots or we would be planting in swamps they need plenty of oxygen

My thoughts exactly.... Im thinking growing it in a sling may cause you one other problem to solve too whilst growin....We put sand under ourZ to elevate it a lil bit to keep it dry and to allow it to move easier. Then we had critters and snake burroughing under them so I started using sand on mill fabic. SeemZ to work great except for getting it placed under the lil one since the fabric is 4' X 4'...Give it a try.....should work for you. You can contact me at
[email protected] I'll help you GrowZem BIG.
