with no disrespect intended toward the green jacket / green squash or orange jacket /giant pumpkin growers growers of the world, i thought we might take a look at some other award coats for the gpc to consider

red on the noodle award --- a bright red sport coat with green buttons given to the grower of the world heaviest tomato. tomato also embroidered on left chest pocket

rough around the edges award --- a desert camo coat of beigh-cream and lt brown ( with orange buttons )presented to the grower of the world largest cantelope. cantelope also embroidered on jacket pocket

the down the hatch award --- a brilliant full length kelly green trench coat with white buttons presented to the grower of the world longest gourd

the head of the class award --- a dinner jacket with golden chest, brown sleeves and black buttons presented to the grower with the biggest sunflower head.

stars and stripes forever award --- a brilliant jungle camo dinner jacket made up of light-kelly and forest green stripes with pink buttons.water melon of course embroidered over chest pocket

the oe-la-la award --- a full length sun yellow trench coat
with contrasting orange buttons presented to the grower of the longest bananna squash

to beeligible for these awards all jacket winners ( including orange and green jacket ) will be expected to parade around each morning in front of the hotel in canada. in addition all seminar attendies witll be invited to join in the parade.

dave stelts will be the parades grand marshal. dave will wear a custom fitted full spandex body suit of multiple colors representative of each jacket award winner.

I have three questions for Pap. What if one contestant wins more than one event? What is the award for the master gardener? How will I look in a full length kelly green trench coat talking to a guy in a custom fit multi colored spandex body suit?

THE AWARDS COMMITTEE HAS ADDED THE FOLLOWING "SPECIAL INTEREST" AWARDS TO OUR JACKET PROGRAM. FEEL FREE TO VOTE EARLY AND OFTEN

THE HOOD WINK OF THE YEAR AWARD --- a white a black lounge jacket covered with embroidered winking eyes and sand bags adorning the top of each shoulder given to the grower that had nothing all season yet showed up at the weigh-off (at the last minute of course ) with the biggest entry

THE MORE YOU STIR IT AWARD --- a beautifull brown and
beigh jacket with embroidered yellow corm,peanuts with tan boat paddles atop each shoulder presented to the grower who stirs up the most sh-- during the course of a season. many candidates for this award.

THE GOLDEN SHOWER OF THE YEAR AWARD --- a beautiful gold full length dinner jacket,
green buttons, with three male flowers (and stems)embroidered atop shoulders and over left chest pocket -- presented to the grower whos pollination choices bring the highest prices at auction.

THE FICKELED FINGER OF FAITH AWARD --- A BRILLIANT MASTER PIECE OF A DINNER JACKET. royal blue, adorned all over with beigh embroidered middle finger salutes and the letters FU on shoulders and pocket flaps.to qualify you must have lost a potential weigh off winner just days before the contest was to take place. many candidates for this awward as well.

THE POISON IVY AWARD --- BP SPECIAL AWARD a glossy white plastic dinner jacket adorned with embroidered red @ green dots and black question marks. presented to that special new grower who asks the most repeat questions, never leaves the chat room amd then is never heard from again after one season.
