in the past ive bought a packet of blanks from my local office supply place, used the template on word, inserted a picture, some written info on the fruit, and printed. Its been a while, and the new version of word that im using seems to be a bit more complicated than the old version when it comes to doing this. If i download the template from "avery" i can get the picture in there, but i cant seem to type anything and have it be aligned properly. can someone point me in the right direction? thanks!

Try using Publisher.

Scott, after you put the picture of the pumpkin on the template( sticker outline) then save that picture and template to file, like my documents. After it closes out go into my documents and to the file you just saved and open it back up with word.
the picture that is on the template that you just saved and re opened then try to type your words that you want. By doing it this way the picture shouldn't
move and you can center your words no problem.

I sure hope that makes sense Scotty, lol Maybe you can make something out of it and it will help you out somehow,,lol
there are easier ways to do that with word but the easier way is alot harder for me to type and explain it to ya on here which i know wouldn't make a lick of sense coming from me,,lol,,lol

Scott,

Years ago a fellow grower told me about Avery Wizzard. Avery is the company that makes "Easy Peel" address labels.
You may have better luck using their system. Just Google Avery and I'm sure it will lead you to their label maker program.
