why are the Neguac Weighoff results not listed on the GPC yet?? This happens every year to them and it needs to stop. They pay the fees and should get their prizes listed like all the other sites. Emails have been sent to bring some attention to this problem and there have been NO replies back so this is my last resort to contact the GPC and get this info entered.

You make a good point Dean, I just checked and the results aren't there. I would think some of the responsibility lies with the local organizers. Who is supposed to forward the resuts?

hi Andy,

all the results have been turned in Oct. 1st. after the results didnt show up, contacts have been made and the information forwarded without any replies back to follow up on what is being done to take care of this. It happens each year so i think more awareness needs to be given to the sites that pay for gpc memberships to only soon get forgotten after the weighoffs. I also wonder how many sites are out there or is this an isolated incidence. If there are more sites out there that are not showing up on the gpc i would like to know of them too. I know too many people that are involved in making the gpc the best organization it can be so maybe going forward one of the board members can come up with a better process for it to receive or follow up on information from sites that received memberships.

I believe the remaining information missing from the Stillwater results is also tied up but already been sent.

this needs to be fixed immediately. people are making trade, purchasing and planning decisions right now based off the available data. the boards are more valuable than the aggc when it comes to the current years data.

what gpc thread?? also, im not the one frustrated, the growers up in canada are. I was asked if i knew how to bring some more light to the situation or increase the awareness of what is happening. I will gamble a thousand bucks that this is not happening on purpose, i feel there has been a simple error and it should probably get looked at before the gpc starts loosing memberships. Everyone has worked so hard, and we ALL have come so far, lets not leave anyone behind because we feel we are to big or too busy to remember everyone that has helped make this all possible.

This seems to happen each season. Having placed 2nd at Neguac this year with a 1239 it's frustrating for me to see the results still not posted
