I could have put this post in the category ''other'' on the boards, but was hoping since general discussion gets more attention I might get lucky for some help. so here's my problem,,,
I have a trail camera that I have used for the last couple years for taking photos of deer.( a trail camera works automatically if something walks in front of the camera, it then will take a picture. The type of trail cam I have only holds a certain type card that will not work on my computer. The card out of my trail cam will work on my daughters Wii game, stick the card in and it works no problem.(only I cant save them on her Wii).
So since I know I can bring the pictures up on my daughters Wii game(stick card in game), then would anyone know the reason why I cant put this card into a another digital camera that I use that does download pics onto my computer? Is it not a jpg type card in that trail cam or something?
Does any one have any suggestions? I need to show a good buddy of mine what a REAL Ohio bucks looks like, and I dont want him to think Im telling him just another exaggerated big buck I saw story,,Ha! Any help would be greatly appreciated, can you post here or maybe email me?
thanks, Brooks

I've taken the card from a trail cam and put it into a digital camera. Hook the camera up to the computer, and it will rip all the pics off like normal. Or, you could get a media reader for your computer like this:

My trail cam has a USB connector that just plugs into the computer.

Take your card to walmart or were ever you can develp pics they will have a keyoss that takes any cards and you can have them print itor put it on a cd, it's cheap and worth it if your comp is not conpatable

Brooks - what make and model of cam is it and do you have the manual for it ? there should be some instructions for accessing the photos and it should tell you what format they are saved in so you can then figure a way to get them on the computer so you can change the format to one you can print from your computer. (It is usually just a matter of having a program that can read the format that the cam uses but hard to suggest what you need without knowing what format you are dealing with.)

My San Disk reader has 4 different slots and reads a multiple number of different disks. Can probably be purchased at Walmart or an office supply store. I have a trail camera that I can read on my computer but that does not mean it will work with my camera.

Brooks, give me a call, I might know a good computer guy. I do agree with Andy, a card reader would solve the problems.
