To all the sites out there that awarded a Howard Dill Award I am interested to know…
-Who was the winner?
-What was the cross? (or at least the seed that grew the winner?)
-What was the name of the weigh-off?
I think we all like to see those ‘big and orange’ pumpkins so feel free to post a link to a picture. The post by AndyMan was a good start (see: http://www.bigpumpkins.com/MsgBoard/ViewThread.asp?b=3&p=367674) but I know there must be more out there.
Thanks!

This thread has given me an idea as an auction organizer. I'd like to put together some Howard Dill Award winners lots tailored to those who like to grow for orange(and there are many of you). Anyone interested in donating seeds for this cause, please e-mail me at: [email protected] and I'll get a SASB your way. Thank you.

Joe,exactly the idea I had also. For all friends of the Orange genetic, it is for the Crazy Auction Growers be many seeds.A good chance for many orange growers. Almost all HDA winners were willing to donate their seeds. Too bad that the 1230 had few seeds. Thank you all for your help, donation and Support for this beautiful HDA Lots. And,Congratulations to all HDA winners It was a feast for the eyes.
