I am interested in getting a chain hoist for next season to make loading easier and safer. I read to stay away from the cheap Chinese ones. I am looking at American and Japanese hoists.
A 1 or 2 ton will be sufficient.
Is their anything that you recommend as far as features to look for or stay away from ?
Any place that has great prices on them ?

Bottom line you want to get an OSHA/ANSI certified lifter.

I'm with you borer about buying all made in the usa products. But I was on a forum on a different website making my argument and was told that unless the computer I was using to make my point was 100% made in the usa then I was a hippocrite. I didn't have a response to that.
