Halloween is my favorite holiday! Just wanted to wish everyone a great weekend! I'm going as a flower garden this year.

I am going as Chris Stevens, i just don't know how I am going to fit my 1810 paper mache replica into the doorways, kinda an important part of the costume, i'll figure something out.

Chad, just get a Jetta and put it over the top of the car, cut some holes to see out of.

Here the surrounding communities decided/asked (published in paper) that everyone celebrate it Saturday night instead of Sunday. Tomorrow they are having a 'Trick or Trunk' at the Football Field (we don't have a mall) so have to go there and hand out candy. Hubby and I are going to wear patch clothes if I get the 'ventilation holes' fixed and be 'punkin bums' this year.

we deck out the front and back yard everyyear.scary castle,hunted trail the whole bit...I have a WereWolf costume that i wear on the hunted trail....we dont scare little kids only the ones who want be scared...BOOOOOO!!

We did the Trunk or Treat, did I go through candy! I even gave a few handfuls (heck about 2 bags) of hard candy to another who ran out of candy early on... I am estimating close to 400! A few came around the neighborhood but that was right after and about at dark.

Lot less work! And it was beautiful, day was about 84 and the evening very nice and not a lot of wind.

One kid about 10 had to come back a few times and try to steal candy from my 'cauldron' I finally had to grab his arm and hand OUT of there and tell him I don't put up with this stuff. He came by the house later but parental units in car, he was a lot better behaved. Sigh. Was great except for that.
