Has anyone tried to cross a red warty with an giant AG or any other different type of pupmkin w/ AG pumpkin? If so what was the result ?

Red Warty Thing is a Hubbard cultivar, which is C. maxima and should therefore readily cross-pollinate with Atlantic Giants. Just FWIW...

So would you most likley get a large red warty pumpkin then ????

Unlikely. You'd probably get regular (or maybe slightly bigger) Red Warty pumpkins.

I did that a few years back, The fruit was Bigger, maybe 50 lbs, color was dark orange, not red and the warts were not as prominant, but all in all was a very interesting fruit
