Practically any AG with little to no attention will grow a 100+ pound fruit. Get a seed with some nice orange in it for your buddy tell him to stick it in the ground, water it every couple weeks and Bobs your Uncle.

The variety 'Prize Winner' produces very nice fruit in the 100-200 lb range
There is a variety called mammoth Giant, which will grow 2-400lbs. These tend to be light in colour

AG can still grow mature fruit without expert care.
They just do not get anywhere near top end size.
If you were to grow one of any of the many seeds that likely have great genes and just plant it in a regular garden, water it and so forth you would still likely get 100 pound pumpkins.
The other kinds may not even get you 100 with such care however. Those ones need to be treated like champion AG's just to get 100-200 pounds.

Big Max and Big Moon are also 2 varieties that grow 100 lb plus pumpkins. Goliath is another variety supposed to grow big pumpkins, but I have no experience with it.

I grew 2 Prizewinners last year that were in the upper 90's and 2 Big Max's this year, on the same plant, both were over 100 easy. The Prizewinners last year were incredible in pies. Can't wait to see how the Big Max are this year. Whichever's better, I'll grow again next year. FWIW, the Big max are beauties, nice and orange. The Prizewinners were like huge field pumpkins and made HUGE jack-o-lanterns for my neices/nephews.
