Yep the American, Sacramento and Feather use to be really good rivers to dive for lures before DFG ruined it. Scott its been a few years but yeah it was probably me you met. I'll shoot ya a email.

Do people still dive for lures at the outlet on the Feather River in Oroville? I heard that whole stretch of the river in that area was shut down to salmon fishing this year. Another bummer salmon season.
