to help kick off the Virginia Giant Vegetable Growers Association facebook page we are holding a guess the pumpkin weight contest..

easy contest all you have to do is guess the weight of the heaviest pumpkin grown in the 2010 season...you can add growers name if you wish but not necessary to win...in case we have a tie ex: the top weight is 2000lbs and we have guesses of 1999 & 2001 both picks will be the winning picks!

just make you pick on the VGVGA facebook page.the best guess wins a one year membership to the VGVGA which includes VGVGA T-shirt VGVGA bumper sticker ,newsletters and surprise seed...(good surprise seed)..

the deadline is midnight Friday October 1st.
