Does any of your weigh-offs charge an enterance fee to club memebers or non-members? Wanted to see what different weigh-offs were doing in other parts of the world.

Here we are free to enter and you do not need to be a member.

Both The Tomato Weighoff (Sept 16th at Cimarron County Free Fair) and the Five States Cimarron Weighoff (Oct 16th, pumpkins, at the Old Westside Laundry) are free to enter and you do not have to be a member. For The Tomato Weighoff, you do not have to be a Cimarron County resident to enter. (normal county fair rules for entries state you must be resident)

Bring it down here, Biz, we can do ya right, plus it'll count for everything that matters, we're a premium level weighoff.

$500 will buy a lot of gas. Only stipulation is you have to bring your little growing buddy for photo-op!

" Thank you Mr. Speaker !......I speak for all my constituentz here in the area I reprezent......What a shame it would be to charge a $500 surcharge to Cojoe and The Biz for a head to head battle that honezt, hard working people from all over thiz beautiful country would come to see !.....Citizenz from all agez coming to see a battle 'FOR THE AGEZ'.......Az it sayz in The Declaration of Independenze, " LIFE, LIBERTY AND THE PURSUIT OF HAPPINEZZ"......There iz nothing about surchargez on Lady Liberty !....... She standz there in the harbor and sayz.."Give me your tired, your poor, your huddled masses yearning to breathe free",...not " Bring me your big azz Atlantic Giantz and we'll charge your azz" !!.... "All men are created equal" Thomas Jefferson once said....Abraham Lincoln was quoted az saying "All my life I have tried to pluck a thistle and plant a flower wherever the flower would grow in thought and mind."....I wonder Mr Speaker, did they charge him $500 to plant that flower ??............And what iz thiz 100 lb penalty on the 1019 Grande ???...Is thiz 'Distribution of Weight' ???.............I cloze with a quote from Thomas Jefferson..."We confide in our strength, without boasting of it, we respect that of others, without fearing it".........Thank you Mr. Speaker !.......The gentleman from Littleton, Colo. releazez the floor.........

to the gentlemen from Littleton:

the $500 surcharge is for T-shirts that will read "GOT STELTZ?" "GOT SCHERBER?" "GOT 1019?" that will be distributed during the weigh-off. Volunteers at the weigh-off will receive a long sleeve hooded sweatshirt that reads "battle of the agez, Jareds 2010" and will have an image of Scherber pushing his 1421 stelts up a hill. one special volunteer will receive a shirt that says "GOT KDL?"

...and the 100 pound "penalty" is actually ADDED to your pumpkin weight. Rumor on the street is that you might need it, LOL.
