Thanks. Last report says the south shore of long Island (me) will only be getting rain and tropical force winds. 40 to 50 mph. The eye is going to be 100 miles offshore. I put all my potted plants into the garage along with anything else that might get blown away. I also tied up my beautiful blue cedar that I just planted a few weeks ago. I am expecting extensive damage to my patch. There is no way my 300 lb pumpkin can blow away, so bring it on.
