Jim has a nice one growing on the 923 Gerhardt as well. I hope they both break 1K. Hopefully with the 603.5 Muller genetics, they go heavy to the chart. The 923 seed is one I'll definitely consider for next year.

NICE COLOR!,, REAL NICE!,,, thats been Jimmy's goal since hes been growing, to produce a seed that will grow a big time orange color,, and it looks like he has dont it !!. congrats Jimmy, you finally did it, and I think you will now have a popular proven seed that all the orange lover growers will want to get their hands on.
And congrats Thetman on picking a seed like Jim's that is producing a heck of a orange color, maybe she might even go heavy, who knows? But heck of a pretty pumpkin for sure, good luck with it.

Thanks all. After seeing Jim's 923 last year, I knew that I had to give this seed a shot. Jim's 923 from 09' was a cross of the 434 Gerhardt x 603.5 Muller and went 7% heavy last year. I am currently at 823lbs still chuging along at 7 lbs per day. It will be a very tough road to break 1000 but in the world of giant pumpkins, anything can happen!!

oh and tim's is crossed to the 963 rauch, which was grown from one of the don langevin 1502 crosses.
