Big and heavy, that's why I'm growing the 991 and I'm sure it's one of the reasons Shazzy is growing it. I hope it goes 20% heavy like one Leonardo's 991's he grew last year, see the link to my 2009 diary below:

you know it mike. one of the main reasons i picked the seed. another reason why i picked up 2 more that are in the freezer for next year. unbelievable plant so far in the toughest conditions i have ever grown in with heat and humidity and rains and storms. no world record thoughts here as i know the pumpkin's growth rate at this point. if i get it to scale and it goes 20 percent heavy i might have a heart attack. lol. what ever it ends up doing, the seeds should be plenty mature by now and anyone on this site that has a hard time acquiring a 991 can contact me this winter for a seed request. i will keep a hundred for my club and myself and the rest will go out to bp.com growers. this one is selfed and might be the next best thing with these 991 genetics if you can't find the real thing. at only 23.5" circ on day 10, this runt at the time has been a fun fun pumpkin to watch grow. time will tell if it makes it to scale and how much it weighs and for now all i can do is enjoy its increasing bigness and hope it continues for 48 more days. lol. you all on this list are more than welcome to any of my crosses any time. thanks again for the kind words and the email i have been receiving. i love this site and the people here.

WOW Amazing Shazzy, been keeping up with your diary, we got a 230lb growing from a seed we got from Meat57, what a pumpkin
I defintely want dibs on a couple of those seeds, I live close to Bloomington, and I am coming up to the KISS concert in Tinley Park Labor day weekend, but staying at Harrahs in Joliet would love to see the pumpkin
