for a tissue test - does it matter if you use leaves from before the pumpkin or after the pumpkin?

Pete, Somebody told me to test the younger leafs as they have better health and suck up more sugars and stuff.

When we send in a tissue sample the lab says to collect it from the last leaf buried.

Usually they want 3 samples so I take one from the main vine and the other from secondaries. Since it is the last one burried they are all after the pumpkin.

Send them the whole plant Pete. More is always better in pumpkin growing.
