Did the 1596 Wallace go heavy ? If so, what %. It looks like a bolder on the home page.

12 or 13% Heavy. Ron Wallace said that it stayed right under 30 pounds per day the whole season and stayed like that for most of the season.

Maybe I am wrong on this assumption, but it seems like a lot of the pumpkins that get the heavy cantaloping, weigh heavy for some reason.

Yes they do ZAPPA. I'm not sure why.
