Is anyone growing the 1596. And how does it look? Mine is big and blochy!

I am growing the 1596 Wallace...currently at 790lbs on day 48. It is a white pumpkin...mine has a big back end and smaller front end. It has a nice stem..about 8" and so far has been pretty easy to maintain. There is not a lot of consistancy in AGs. My 1161 Rodonis last year (972 lbs) was a great orange color and perfect pumpkin shape...this year my 1161 Rodonis is shaped wierd and it is white also.

Seems to be a year for white pumpkins. Doctor Liggett's 1375 produced an orange 1636 for him last year, but mine is white.

Dave it has a big back that's blochy right? I think that pumpkin is gonna be a heavy one...the genetics are great and the color is a light yellow. Unfortunatly I had to have my pumpkin on a side vine due to a critter problem. it's still chugging and looking big and ripped. Had some stem splits that where superficial and healed over really quick.
