Please see the link below. This is my fruit at only 23 days old. Has anyone else gotten the white stretch marks like this along with deep ribs so early? Is this a sign of a potential crack or is this normal depending on its genetic makeup? Thanks in advance.

That is genetics...nice long pumpkin you have going there. What did the parent seed look like.

Thanks guys, Linus, that was a Lowes seed so I have no idea. It looks like it will be a deep orange too. It will probably be a really nice jacko style pumpkin for the porch.

Yep, just a genetic's thing. Haven't seen a nice long pumpkin like that for a while. Keep her going!
