HELP!!!!!! I came home from work today and my 4 year old son stabed my 4 prizewinner f1 treateds and my 3 70lbs.(thats a guess) atlantic giants with his star wars toy... some mutiple times.... Will they live? anything I can do? This is only my second year growing pumpkin.

HOW DEEP ARE THE CUTS?If they don't enter the cavity of the pumpkin i think they will scar over.Put some captan on the cuts and see what happens..

You can do a dust (If the scars are still moist) or you can do a paste of a few drops of water mixed with some captain. Everything should be fine,

Put a little fence, wind barrier fabric around it after the captan. Captan is one of the worse poisons you can use in the garden. Then take the little star wars toy away lmao

Im going to pass on the captan.. sounds nasty.. Hopefully they will scare over quickly.. Time to put up the force field... Thanks for the help

Wettable sulphur works good too. Safer and cheaper.
