What is the black material being used for wind/critter barriers? Thnaks.

|
It is called Black silt fence. You can buy it in 100 foot rolls and there are stakes every 11 feet. The cost for 100 feet is around $22 and can be found at any larger hardware store such as Lowes and Home Depot.

Its conservation fence. You can get it from home depot where they stock the cement. Well worth it.
