My pumpkin is nearing it's end here in Arkansas and I would like to weight it within the next week or so. Anybody got any general suggestions on where I could weigh my pumpkin. It's est. 295 lbs (I'm hoping it'll go into the 300s). I know its a small pumpkin for most but it beats my PB of 138.

AR, my only advice, would be to look around for an "official" scale...that is, one that has a "certified" sticker attached to it!!! Maybe yer local feed mill, ? If you want it to be "Super Official" you need a certified scale, a county agent, and a state agent, from the Dept.of Weights, and Measurements, and yer first born child!!! LOL...Think I'm kiddin, ask Buddy G!!! LOL BTW, most places that refill propane tanks (like for yer BBQ grill) have certified scales that can weigh up to 400#'s!!! Hope this helps!!! Peace, Wayne PS...to be super duper official, you have to have it weighed at a GPC site!!! Peace, Wayne

Hey weatherman, I took mine to a metal recycling place. They had 3 types of scales. They weighed mine on a 4'x4' scale. They were glad to weigh it and took several pictures of it. Mike Cooper

Thanks for your suggestions guys... I don't need it to be extremely official (im not beating any records and I'm just curious) and after asking some co-workers they suggested the local feed store and the local metal recycling place, so everybody's on the same page lol
And thanks for the congratulations jim
