just wanted to publicly say thankyou to tom for his help ! A week ago I placed a fearly large order and paid for overnight shipping but never recieved my package. come to find out the shipping company left it at a vacant house across the street from my driveway! I guess they couldn"t read the large numbers on both sides of my driveway lol . Tom was great and sent another order out to me. He also helped me substitute other products from my local stores so i wouldnt miss a beat on my feeding program ! he understands the hard work and time we put into this hobby . thanks again tom your a true gentlemen and a great assett to our hobby!

it is great being able to buy products and get advice from a heavy hitter like tom at the same time. he is always there for help and it is much appreciated. the convenience of products and the expertise knowledge makes it much easier these days for the new growers just jumping into the game. i tell everyone i know looking to get into the hobby about the extreme pumpkin store and bigpumpkins.com. these 2 sites are the best. thanks tom and ken. keep up the great work.

I recently ordered a timer that broke on the second day. I emailed ExtremePumpkinStore about my problem and Tom called me that night and shipped me a new one immediately. He is a joy to deal with. I am definitely ordering all my supplies from Tom's shop.

i hear ya wayne. lol. i just threw the "moo tail" candy from my recent package to my dog this morning cuz i asked her if she wanted a bisket and i forgot i am out of them. my dog oreo says thanks too Tom. lol.
