Is terminating the main vine a good thing to do right now my fruit is about the size of a basketball. So I'M guessing the fruit wont abort or the chances of the fruit going bad is minimal. What Iwould like to know is when and if you should terminate the main vine its growing quite long and the fruits are already set about 11 feet from the stump. The rest of the plants vines are deadheaded and the leaves are healthy. Also when will the fruits go into the rapid growth stage. I have 4 plants and all seem to be the same size.
