I have a female at 12 feet, im going to pollinate it within a week id say,,,but the leaf us under the female so i know when the pumpkin grows it might rub under pumpkin and be harder to cut once its bigger,,,should i just cut the leaf off now ?

cut it off now then put it back on once the pollination is complete.
