One of my vines is wilting really bad during the day but then perks back up in the evening. My other vine isn't wilting at all.
I'm new and don't know what is causing the wilt. Should I be conserned? If I have SVB in my vine would it stop wilting in the evening like that?
I watered the wilting vine but that doesn't seem to help.

Sounds like it is just the heat and perhaps a lack of good root growth (since you say it goes away in the evening) - some plants will wilt more than others - Has the one plant been growing fairly quickly lately and are the leaf nodes getting good secondary root growth ?? Sometimes when they grow quickly it takes awhile for the root growth to catch up and the lack of a good root system will cause more wilting on the plant. If you can mist\spray the plant with water more often (I have to mist\spray every couple of hours here with temps in the low 100's) and see if that helps minimize the wilting and try to keep up with the vine burying (esp. the leaf nodes to get as much root growth going as you can.)

Thanks for your reply. This vine is growing twice as fast as the other vine and I just started burying the vine two days ago. (I'm new and didn't know I needed to do that) So I think you are right. I'll mist the plant and try to keep it alive until the roots catch up.
Thanks so much for your help.

Dintlow you can also take some of the bite out of the heat by using a shade cover. Some materials block 10-25% of the light and do wonders for keeping a plant from wilting.

I have a small tarp over the ends and have a sprinkler set up to water some during the day and it works well. They start wilting and then after a few minutes of sprinkling/mist they're better. I'm dealing w/90 degree heat everyday for the past week and a half w/several days 99.

You might want to try shade cloth and maybe misters. I have to use both when it hit 95-105 in CA.
