What do youuse, nematodes, milky spore, any suggestions? I don't want to spend a fortune. I was digging around my plant and found a bunch of them, I think they are eating my roots.

Merit will work, but if you want non chemical approach nematodes will work great, soil temps are perfect for them now and they will kill all types of grubs, milky spore is for japanese beetle grubs only.
