Re overseas membership: As a general rule, no. Miika was an exception. He met the first two requirments of being a contributing member of the GVGO and a serious lunatic! I mean this guy is off his meds big time. Due to these exceptional circumstances, me along with the Team Lunatic executive decided he was too much like us to deny him membership.
