Anyone know about the United States seed storage, I believe that we have one in the North Pole somewhere and it houses all the Nations supply of seeds in case of a natural disaster. Anyone know anything about this and do they have Atlantic Giants there?

I doubt they have AGs there... in fact, I'm not sure they would have pumpkins at all, if they're aiming for only the most important food crops.

Please a pumpkin is one of the most nutrious and important vegetabels out there. What other vegetable or fruit can you pick and store and eat 6 months later..Besides a potato

The U.S. Seed Depository or Repository, it's been awhile. But I believe there's one in Colorado and on the East Coast, like Mass. I do know the government pays farmers to grow fresh seed, as the seeds need to be kept viable. But when they're talking a 100 ft. row, I doubt it pays a lot.

Also, it was like $6.00, but you can buy seed. I understand it's where some breeders get new stock from.
I tried looking into it once, but it's not like you can shop. You pretty much have to know everything about the seed you're looking for, if you don't want them to hang-up or you finally end-up getting the hint after 4 hours of being kept on ignore!
