Most of us have spent what seems to be countless hours spraying with a Hand Pump Sprayer all the while day dreaming about a gas powered sprayer. I have an alternative to purchasing a Stihl Backpack Blower that you can purchase nearly anywhere for under $20.00...If you have an air compressor then this idea will save you many hours in the patch. I have made a short video to demonstrate this for you.

Looks interesting
Pro's: saves a lot of pumping and trampling to get to the center of the plant.

Con's: seems a to be quite a strong blast and may blow the vines over on their side, and I am pretty sure it will use a lot more chemicals than the gas powered one.

Good idea though, I may try it.

I hope it helps you!

While the solution is completely pre made, this device allows you to regulate the flow of the solution.

Less trampling of the soil. That is a great plus. I plan to regulate the air pressure at the device. The 150psi will definitely blow nearly half way across the patch while closer targets will require much less air pressure or simply stepping back further. I seen a Stihl Backpack Blower in action and was amazed at the strength of the blower. I do not believe that this device is stronger. I have used this method to spray my Elderberry Plants in years past and am anxious to use it in the patch.

How many gallons was the compressor you used? How many cfm? I'd like to see it running on 75psi for comparison. Neat idea though.

The compressor is a 30 gallon with the scfm being 5.7 @ 90psi... I will make a point to video it at 75 psi in the next few days.
