Ever since my 1505 Holland has popped it's head out of the ground, it's two leaves have been twisted, almost as if the don't want to straigthen out. Is this normal? It's first true leaf has started to form. Not sure what it'll look like. I'll have a picture posted tomorrow. Should I start another one?

Thoughts?

Frog,
Cots that are some what twisted will straighten out ''usually'' on their own once the first true leaf starts to grow, if they dont,,, no big deal at all, dont worry about your cot leaves that much, once your first true leaf starts to grow ,which will alot of the time be your smallest 'big leaf'' and alot of the time misshapen leaf on your plant compared to the rest of your big leaves that grow ,,,, 2nd leaf,3rd leaf, 4 leaf etc, etc.)

Your cot leaves will be forgotten about and not that important at all at that point because they will die off and fall off anyway.

I see alot of posts about growers asking the question about twisted cot leaves or growers who have only one cot leaf, this is nothing to worry about at all, as long as you see that first true leaf coming out, you will be ok because thats is what is important.

My first true leaf is coming out now. Not sure it looks normal either but I'll have to wait and see. I'll start another plant just in case. Here's a picture of my plant

Looks fine froggy, like Brooks said sometimes the first 2-3 leaves might be misshapen depending on the temps & amount of light when they are developing.

Looks alot like the 1116 I have in the patch. It seems to be growing out of the problem now.
