Yep the BIG 50! Yes I tilled today and jogged 3 miles after work. We weigh in tomorrow at work and we have only 4 weeks to go and I have not done that well at losing weight the first 8 weeks. Its hard to lose at 50 and the knees are going. I got a 450 gift card to Texas Roadhouse and I can not wait. Maybe this Saturday or next weekend after. Thanks for the posting everyone! Marty
