I am going to try and germinate this seed but when I opened the envelope, the seed had "654" written on it.
Does anyone know if the seeds were numbered, or is this another seed from another pumpkin?
Thanks - WPM

I also just noticed the same number written on the envelope in ink. So?

The 1097's were numbered on the seed as well as the envelopes..... not weight but seed count I believe. The 1097 that I have had were diffrent #'s. Steve

We grew one last year. Germinated it at the same temps as the others with no problems. Just wouldn't keep a pumpkin longer than 21 days. The other plants were fine.

I'm pleased to announce that it germinated after 4 nights in the baby-butt-wipe-warmer incubator. Not bad for an 8 year old seed.
