I've never used this before. Do I apply to soil before planting? If so do I spread it in granular form or dilute in water? Can it be foliar sprayed during the season? Thanks

must come in contact with the roots. When soil temp is between 60 - 65.

As a soil (root) drench after planting. As stated above, the soil must be 65°, three applications are recommended, I will be using it throughout the seaon to regulate the Nitrogen in my soil.
