As for painting the bedroom, use a very very light plum purple, near white. It will make orange and green stand out more! (this PROVES how addicted I am if I know this)

when you find out a great growing buddy of yours isn't going to be growing pumpkins this year due to many hours of work they will be doing this summer and responsibilities that need taken care of first (which is very understandable),but deep down you know they want to grow in the worst way,,lol,,, so you try to talk them into it by thinking of every positive excuse in in the book for why they should at least grow 1 pumpkin,,lol

When you go to buy sheet plastic and a nice new staplegun and the clerk GRINS because he knows what you're doing (building hoops/greenhouses/hotkaps) and asks when you'll be USING your handiwork and YES they ordered some more thinwall (PVC) and it'll be in Thursday-BEFORE you can ask about the 1/2" supply. [true story]
