just a reminder to those who have had problems in the past, or may have cool wet soil this spring due to your current weather pattern, to try to get your hoops up as early as possible to beat the 21 day cycle for the maggots to reach fly stage. warming soil sooner is better odds at preventing them from doing the damage. here is a good post from last year.
