Awesome Jason! It actually touched a very emotional nerve, as my father was an MD who passed away from cancer in 2005, just prior to my developing an interest in growing giant pumpkins.

He was an avid gardener and my mother has continued his garden's legacy by producing annual photo calendars of the garden and turning our family home into "Memory Garden Retreat Bed & Breakfast" (you can check it out at memorygardenretreats.com). I often reflect while messing in the soil about how my father would have so enjoyed helping me with my goal of growing a giant pumpkin.

He would have agreed whole-heartedly with your philosophies. Thanks for sharing.

Great Article Jason! Thank you for sharing. I owe my life to an ER doctor and a critical specialist after experiencing a laryngospasim in early January. You guys do wonderful work but I wouldn't have your job for all the gold in Fort Knox.
