I saw your diary I think you may need to start another plant in a few weeks from now. If you are planning to plant that one you have now in the 2nd week of May. You will not get ahead. It is actually bad to start right now plant will get pot-bound and unhealthy.

I think they mentioned last year they planted May 2nd, this year doing hoop right now and about to plant out and hope to get another month of growing this season. In which case that little feller needs to get in ground within next two days by the size and size of pot. That little sprout looks good....
