I've used it with an EZ WEEDER http://www.rittenhouse.ca/asp/Product.asp?PG=433

It works good for tap rooted weeds. It dispenses about a half teaspoon of whatever you put in it (I used ammonium sulphate) right in the middle of the weed and it dies and dries up in a few days.

Popular in Northern CA turf with phenoxy herbicides. The AS gets cold weeds growing so the herbi works better.
