I'm no expert on soil tests, but since no one else has andwered I will take a shot at it. I can see that the organic matter is low. Add compost and aged manure to raise that. On that sandy soil around Calamus, you might need to bring is some silty soil to fill up some of that excess pore space in the sand. That will keep the oxygen level in the soil down so the organic matter doesn't break down as fast. You soil is just slightly acid, but adding manure can make it a little more acid. Maybe some lime application with the manure might help. Someone else will have to help with the other items. My soil expertise is more along the lines of erosion control and drainage.
