Just wanted to post a reminder to call our office 1-800-387-3456 to register for the convention.

I will post the names of those who have already called and registered on Friday.

It's going to be a great time and you don't want to miss it!!

I have some questions about the convention, as I have received various notifications from different grower groups etc and some is confusing.

Is it March 11-15 or 12-14? What day and time to the events start/end? (when should you plan to arrive and depart). What is the hospitality room? What is the raffle for? thanks -Jim

Room reservation block says 11-15
Event registration says 12-14
Convention letter says 12-14

Arrive the night before and leave the morning after; is the hotel reservations.

Have just one person call the hotel for your group (sharing same room) to make your room reservation. You must also call to register for the event.

Hi Jim,

The Convention starts Friday night with a hospitality room (licenced room to meet and greet other growers). The seminars begin Saturday Morning. Saturday night is the Awards show and hospitality room, and Sunday morning has seminars. The convention wraps up around noon on Sunday.

The hotel blocks rooms for a longer period of time for those who come earlier and leave later.

The "Bucket Raffle" is one of the fundraisers we do to help keep the convention costs low. You basically get tickets that you go and drop into various buckets for the chance to win the item associated with that bucket.
